Michaela Neumann: Back to life through the body

Michaela Neumann is a certified social pedagogue – and a woman with a clear mission: she helps women who have been affected by trauma and its consequences to reconnect with themselves.

What makes her work so special is that many of her clients have already been through a long therapeutic journey. They have been in clinics, undergone numerous behavioral therapies or talk therapies – and yet at some point they realize:

I'm not getting anywhere. Something is missing.

This is exactly where Michaela's work comes in. With a body-oriented approach that works not only through words, but through what our bodies have long known.

Her practice is about more than just processing. It's about connection—with yourself, with others, with the world. It's about self-regulation, about the ability to perceive your own needs again. And it's about orientation: Where do I actually want to go?

Michaela works with what is there. With the breath, with bodily sensations, with the subtle, early signals that the body sends us when something is wrong. She helps her clients to listen to these signals – and to trust them. Transparency is important to her. Every woman who comes to her should understand what she is doing here – and why.

Change should not be a mystery. It should be explainable, tangible, experiential. And above all: possible.

Because Michaela is convinced – from her own deep experience and from her daily work – that change is possible. That more vitality, more fulfillment, more joy are possible. Even if it hasn't felt that way for a long time.

Her motivation? A quiet but powerful hope: when a person is more at peace with themselves, the world becomes a more peaceful place.
